Is sticky match consumer and if not will the grey .5 sec fuse light the indoor b-day candles? Dave had some info on sticky match in a vid but do not remember which one.

Sticky only has to have an ATF license if bought from the MFG. After it is bought from there, then just follow whatever your states laws are on that.
BTW - no special storage or record keeping needed.

A distributor that I buy from in Indiana says that based on our laws you can buy sticky match as 1.4 and you can also buy lance as 1.4 but when you combine the 2 to form a set piece they are then 1.3.
