Whenever I make sure a company is legit or make sure their deals will last long enough to when I buy their product, I never call, I email instead :D

This company has been around for like ever - so they are def legit. We use to get lance for set pieces from them.
Just keep trying. I think Dave did a vid on them a few years ago...
