full blown fireworks

Saw the thread on red rhino/texas outlaw and checked out the site. On it was a line called full blown fireworks which seemed to be various effects i.e. blue comets or blue peony. Anyone know who ships/ sells these by the case retail. Any one use them or something similar?
Are these regular 1.4 fireworks stand items or something else?

Although I have never used them.... they still look to be regular 1.4G 500gram items. They look like good quality as well.

I do have to ask why you would want to buy them by the case retail?
