PyroFest 2014

Just saw on Facebook that Pyrotecnico is having PyroFest again this year on May 24 in Pittsburgh and it will be at same location. I also saw that Ricasa (Ricardo Caballer) is coming back! This is great news!

Anyone from Pyrotalk going to this?

I, for one,would love to see some of Dave's "behind the scenes " setup video of this event. Think you might be able to swing that, Dave???

If there is any way to make arrangements to attend this event I suggest you make it happen. Ricardo put on one heck of a show last year and I am sure he will not disappoint this time around. He is an internationally recognized award winning choreographer. There is no equivalent in North America.

Forget the video. Ge your butt to the show. You will not regret it.

Thanks for the feedback and I am going to look to attend. I have watched all of the videos Pyrotecnico has up and these shows are killer. Amazing that you can see 3 high quality shows in one night!

We've made Pyrofest a tradition here, been to the first two and will continue. We highly recommend it.

I agree I also attended last year and was completely amazed. All the shows were fantastic, and was my first time attending an event like this. I am looking at hotels again for the evening of the event. I did see Dave doing his video by one of the vendors and I finally met him in person. Did not get to see you Northern Sky but I am sure I will in early may.If you have any possibility of making this event I highly suggest you attend it and make sure you buy the parking pass, they only have so many parking spaces.

For sure. The May event will be a good time. Jrudy and Sean are both planning shows. The Cobras will get a work out. We should have in the neighbor hood of 60 modules available so it should be a good time.

Parking Pass. Boy didn I miss the boat on that last year at Pyrofest. It took better than an hour to catch the shuttle to get to our van. If I had known that; first off I would have bought a parking pass or at least caught a ride from one of the many friends there that parked close by and picked up the rest of the family.

I won't make that mistake again. If I work the event again this year I will be sure to do that differently.

Sounds like Northern sky has some inside information. I have not communicated with Pyrotecnico about the event, they don't tell me anything anyway. Perhaps I can get some behind the scene video for those too far to make it. We at least have a date, May 24, 2014. If you are from out of state here is some information on hotels, you can at least reserve a room.

Agree on every issue, you are lucky to have the chance to see Ricardo Caballer in your own country.
In my opinion stil the best Pyrotechnic company of Spain and one of the best in it's class.
