Break was MCRH (7-1). 5 layers kraft paper and spiked with 1.5mm hemp cord.

Were the inserts manufactured in the style of the true Maltese beraq, or did you use time fuse? Given the long delay (2, 3, and 4 seconds), I imagine you used time fuse. The purists would say that you cannot simply call flash inserts "beraq" unless they are manufactured in the Maltese style. :-)
Nonetheless, a very nice rocket header.

I have some experimental shells ( maltese style " fused ) with slurry....
