I am curious does the box say Made In China? I have seen similar one from China.

The reason I am asking is I am seeing these items for sale in various ways here in United States. They are sold as a 1.3 item with brown wrapper. In United States a 1.3 fireworks item is forbidden to have a colorful wrapper so it can not be confused for a consumer fireworks item. I have also seen this item as a 1.4 consumer item. Sometimes in United States, a dealer may falsely import a 1.3 item and have it labeled as a 1.4 consumer item.
My only object with these are when they explode they are throwing hard clay pieces in all directions. It looks like they took a casing for a spinning device and made a firecracker out of it. Have you noticed that at all?

La raison pour laquelle je demande, c'est que je vois ces articles pour la vente de diverses manières ici au États-Unis. Ils sont vendus en tant que point 1.3 avec enveloppe brune. Aux États-Unis un feu d'artifice point 1.3 est interdit d'avoir un emballage coloré ne peut donc pas être confondue avec un feu d'artifice objet de consommation. J'ai aussi vu cet article comme article 1.4 du consommateur. Parfois, en États-Unis, un courtier peut faussement importer un point 1.3 et l'ont étiqueté comme un point 1.4 des consommateurs.
Mon seul objet avec ceux-ci sont quand ils explosent, ils jettent des morceaux d'argile dure dans toutes les directions. On dirait qu'ils ont pris un boîtier pour un dispositif de filage et faites un pétard hors de lui. Avez-vous remarqué que tout?

oh yes I think you're right Dave. It's typical chinese attitude, they uses the same device for many projects to reduce the cost. we have already wondered why they uses clay: yes, it's weird because usually in Spain, just paper, carton and string are permitted for making firecrackers. Clay is not safe yes! i made a video with a big chinese delova rana, and we see easyly a big piece of gips wich rushing on the left :

nothing like taking a hit from a hard clay/plastic piece of cracker shrapnel . it can feel like being hit with a hammer . wear those safety glasses !
