From one of my future videos. If you look closely you will see the technician, it appeared he had to relight the finale and a salute went off just as it left the mortar. I hope he had ear protection.

Is that the silhouette of the pyrotechnician in front of the low breaking salute?? I watched it a couple times and wasn't quite sure if I saw the guy in front of the shell.

Yes there is a technician near the finale. I am not sure if it went out and he had to relight it or he was just near it in case it went out.
