who has the best consumer shells this year? i got some of the vanguard/gungfu just for professional shells and IMO they are outstanding

Last year, I got a few cases of excalibur, bigs pro shells, and the exterminators just to see how they compare. I try to get them every year, I'm sure there's better out there/others will have different opinions.

Kiss of Death shells are the best legal canister i've ever shot, i shoot at least a case per show.

Exterminators & Excals are pretty much the same shell. I have shot them side by side and there is no difference IMO.

Zillionaire Shells are really nice!

KOD are about the only canister shell I haven't shoot yet but hope to this year

Critical Acclaim Mine are a MUST HAVE! (surprised no one has mentioned them yet)

Excalibur shells have some of the biggest breaks I've seen so far.

I have yet to see Hales/Predator but from I've heard; those are impressive as well. I much prefer canisters over the typical peanut shell.

If you get a chance get some Predators, Area 51, Future Tech and 10,000 degree shells. All can be purchased at Hales! I have picked up several cases of each for the upcomming season!

I have always been a big fan of Excalibur shells by World Class but they do not seem to pack the punch that they used to. They still seem to have the hardest lift of any shell on the consumer market-at least the ones I have shot. Would love any other suggestions for what to shoot.

Excals, Exterminators, Bigs pro shells, and just for professionals are in my opinion just about the same thing with some different effects. Price wise the just for professional shells are hands down the winner. Its good to have a variety of shells, other quality shells are morter mayhem, golden ones and top power shells.

Get Zillionaires they are also mine to break also but better than Golden ones IMO. Spirit of 76 carries both Zillionaires and their re-wrap Big Money Shells.

Stormy I second that I had a kit from 08 (dont ask me how It made It till now) but I shot it with a new Kit the kit from 08 had about a 25% better break it was clearly noticable. I hope they stop washing them down.

I would recommend Megabanger Liberty shells. It's a ball shell with a tail and a very nice symetrical break. I guess it's a rewrap of the Word Class super mags and Big's End of Days. I could get any of the three but I always choose Megabanger.

Electric rain shells are nice but we've had problems with some of them detonating in the mortars. I didn't believe my friend until it happened to me. This was last year hopefully the problem has been addressed.

OK I think you need to do a name check .... I was in contact with Hales and they confirmed what I thought . They don't have a shell name Predator. He said the same thing I did that Great Grizzly makes a shell called Predator .

Now I really want to know what Shells you're talking about . Are you sure you weren't looking at the Future Tech Shells , they have a picture of the Terminator on the front ?

ok on loud loads i have shot theam and yes theay do sound and look great. and the new one black cat put out this year burning ring of fire i have seen the vid for theam and i like theam even better im going to look for theam this year for my fill in for my show

Great Grizzlys Lock' N Loaded are a great mid are shell but Destroyer shells by Arrow fireworks,excals would still be the ones for the top end of my show
