Pyro-Fest the Drive and Hotels

Since I live very close to the PyroFest location I thought I would show you what it would look like if you plan to be there. In this video I cover Hotels in the area using my GPS. Purchased tickets for myself and family for this event and I am excited to see this in person. Also booked Quality Inn & Suites in Gibsonia for this event. I have never been to an all pyro fest before and I can't wait! Let the countdown begin!

You are smart to get a room for you and your family. This should be exciting to have a display fireworks company from another country setting a display. What will be interesting to see is what equipment and products they bring with them. The last time I spoke with people from the American Pyrotechnic Association they said it is near impossible to have these bring fireworks competitions to United States because of the extensive regulations we have. If I had to speculate, I would guess Pyrotecnico might already have the product Ricasa is using in storage.

Thanks for posting videos Dave, I am so excited to be going to this I can hardly stand it. Just to be part of this pyro fest and see it live and in person,wow! It will be awesome witnessing Ricasa's show. I think I read some where that they sold around 8000 tickets already, don't quote me on that. So hope you all can make it to this event.

Looking at the Band lineup for pyrofest 2013 , it looks like the headliner band is “The Clarks”. Here are couple of songs they made I like. I am sure they will be playing both of them.

To update anyone going to PyroFest in Pennsylvania this year, if you want to park near the main area you are going to need to purchase your parking pass on line and have it ready on the day of the event. Word I am getting is those that do not have a pre-purchased parking pass will be parking off site and bused in.

This is my PyroFest video from last year 2012. The first year of pyrofest, Of course I will be there again this year in 2013. I am predicting at least twice the turn out and excitement. If you did not purchase your ticket I would recommend you do so. If you are looking for a hotel in the area please see my video at the top of this post.
