Just wanted to post a thread for someone who is looking for the tape and may be a little faster than going through video's to find it.
Per Dave's video you can get it at http://www.homedepot.com
I also found it at [URL="http://www.findtape.com[/URL]
I have some from both sources and both work great

Here is the exact link to "Daves Magic Tape". If you purchase $25.00 worth it looks like it ships for free. I do not believe Home Depot has it.

What I like about it is this. When ya have the fuses in hand. Have a piece of tape ripped and sticky side up. You can place both fuses together and visually see they are together because they will stick very well to the tape. U know for a fact this way they are touching. I use to use electrical tape and was a pain in the a#$ compared to this tape

I like to use zip ties also. I wrap the shell of cake fuse around the main leader fuse and zip tie. Fast and easy. I even have a tool that tightens and cuts the ties.

I finally broke down and took a trip too U-Haul and got a couple rolls of this tape. I am so glad I did. I've never seen a stickier tape. It's almost too sticky. It does the job for just about everything. Not just fireworks. But it is great at passing fire. It's a great find.

Plain old boring masking tape does the exact same job, is cheaper, and can usually be found for sale anywhere....

I disagree. Masking tape is nowhere near as strong as this tape.

Really, they have been around forever? Cheap tools and cheap workshop supplies- cheap as in price AND quailty. Some items are worth it, but with tools you do get what you pay for!

after doing up a ton of stuff using electric tape, a little square of (add name here) tape, and zip ties - I will be exclusively using a little square of tape from now on. I had 100% fire (well one shell hung fire - but it did pass fire) using all the methods but time wise the square is the best.

I see they aren't an advertiser yet (yet!). I purchased 6 rolls today from my local U-Haul store. When you ask them Dave, it may inspire them to advertise if you mention that some of us need to "haul" around a lot of fireworks using their vans and trailers.
