looking to get some 3inch tubes,pyro direct is out of them and thats where i get all my tubes from.they do have cardboard ones,i know not to get them wet but any feedback on cardboard

When do you need them? If you can wait = that would be best as far as pricing goes.
But if you need quicker - there is another company in PA with Hdpe (more costly though), and there is a company in PA (Clearfield) that has fiberglass.

You can try Hank Addy of Addy Racks. I can't remember if it's DR-21 that's 3" or 4" but Hank will know.

You can use cardboard if you treat them with varnish or shellac, or do the more durable treatment with sodium silicate [waterglass]. They will last for years.
