PGI 2012 Unlimited Girandola

This year the Unlimited Girandola had 60 vertical drivers, Charcoal horizontal drivers, to FeTi drivers, to Titanium drivers, to glitter effect, to rising glitter helix, two ring pupadelle heading with glitter center, to blue, to glitter rings.

With the exception of Heidi Klum, that's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. lol. That in itself is worth going to PGI in my opinion. Very cool.

I don't think he ever wants to calculate the total cost. The NEPT tubes aren't cheap. This one had around 75 of them. Putting a price on all the hours involved would make it very expensive. Each driver takes 7-10 minutes to press. The frame used this year flew before (http://youtu.be/JwRBRY7I1rY), but it did have to be repaired. He got to the PGI on Saturday to start working on assembly and had Safety asking us how much longer we were going to be out on the field at 8pm on Weds night. It takes a lot of hours to get all the drivers mounted and fused.
