Most pyro friendly state?

What state is the most pyro friendly for 1.4 as in just walk out your back door any day of the year a shoot stuff off with no special permits?

We can do that in Michigan. The only thing that might get you is a noise ordinance if you live in a city limit. Our law also states that the day before, the day of and the day after a Federal Holiday, the noise ordinances do not stand. You can shoot all you want until 11:30 at night. So if you lived out in the country, you could shoot all the 1.4 fireworks you wanted. It is time for me to move out of the city limits!! LOL

MO may not be as so liberal as you think. I stopped at a retail store a couple years ago - asked the manager about being a FREE state. They can BUY fireworks anytime of year, BUT putting them off is only seasonal without permits. i forget the exact dates he said - but more than likely 2 weeks before July 4 and a few days after - other than that - permits need to be issued. And probably the same deal for NYE as well...
