Planing a trip to WFBoom, what's good?

So im planning a trip to WFboom in the next 6 months and I was wondering what you guys think are the must have items in all areas 500g, 200g canister shells. Im thinking in mid jan to get the 40% discount, is that a good time to go? How is the inventory that time of year?
Any help would be great my order should around 100 cases.
