Sadly this device could not be used in most countries. Burn time is about a minute and it rises well above cloud level. I tried to attach a picture but the upload failed . Maybe this video link to Youtube will work

There are a few videos of these things that appear to be several yards long and take a handful of people to set up and get spinning.....impressive

This is the smallest one I have seen. The big ones are around 40 foot diameter and not something you want to be close to when launched; they use steel tubes in the construction (flying pipe bombs)
This small one was made using a fibreglass tube.

Holy Crap...as a former pilot I can appreciate that takeoff...Thailand has some really great pyro...I love their giant rockets too
