So from something I read about the amount of 54's in washington westmoreland and fayette counties we dont have many on this site we need to change that,

And also some of the 54's are dealers, shooters, display owners etc... And some are criminals that make fireworks have a bad name. You know the ones, they aren't on here because they dont care about fireworks unless they are selling them for money illegally. Those we can do without.

It almost sounds like a 1 in 2million chance of being approved.

I know of a person in Somerset that has had a license for ~20 years, but none are listed. I'm also surprised Lawrence only has 6. I figured there would be more.

You are correct. I looked at the list again and missed typing Somerset County. I am copying this back and forth as I type from one screen to another and did not proof read it.
The original listings for United States are not listed by county; it appears to be by license sequence for the most part. I paid an Excel Professional to organize the data for me by state and county.
We need to add to Pennsylvania. I will also correct it above.
