I have an 18 cue firing system. I did a test run to make sure everything was OK. Found that 10 of the 18 cues wouldn't fire. Is there a way to test the cues to make sure they are getting the current to fire. If they are bad can you get replacement cues.

So, u mean you were getting continuity ????
Some systems can easily replace the speaker terminals, some you may have to do some soldering, but can do it

I had continuity. I tried E-match & Ignitors and nothing.

I would use a volt meter and place them into the terminal that is bad and then test it out that way. U should get some reading... if not maybe a blown resistor or something else going on

Get out your trusty digital multimeter check the cues voltage that is good and the ones you think are bad see what the voltage is. Corrosion can be an issue, loose connections, run the table get it ready the fourth is just around the bend. What is the system I might be able to help better knowing what you have.
