Hi All, a few months back I had posted news about several companies suing the state of Michigan over, excessive insurance requirements (10 Mill or more) that will make it very difficult for some people/companies to sell fireworks in the state of Michigan. I wanted to update you all... The suit will not be heard until June, thus it is unlikely anything will change this season. The state has announced they will argue that the insurance requirement was "necessary to prevent fly 'by night operations'". Obviously, many of us disagree and will have to see what happens. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Thanks All, hope your having a blast (literally).
